CozyClaw — Shipping Policy

Every CozyClaw robe is made to order, so please allow time for your robe to be produced before it ships.

Production Time
All robes are custom produced individually for each order. Production takes up to 30 days from the time your order is placed.

Shipping Time
Once your robe is produced, it ships out and arrives within 6–12 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way, and we send updates as it moves.

Total Delivery Estimate
From order to doorstep, expect up to 30 days production + 6–12 days shipping. We know it's a wait — each robe is made just for you, and it's worth it.

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you haven't received tracking after 30 days, reach out and we'll update you right away.

Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Email cozyclaw@outlook.com within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production may have already started and we can't guarantee changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order ships, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, or your package is significantly delayed, email us and we'll help you work with the carrier to resolve it.
